Matty Conrad's latest project is Saint Franks. A classic southern dive bar inspired Restaurant / Lounge / Barbershop.  Spending several years travelling all over North America teaching his unique brand of barbering he found himself drawn to well designed spaces with a gritty southern feel and he wanted to create something that would seem right at home in the Lower East Side of Manhattan or the Pearl District of Portland. A gourmet selection of hot dogs, a well stocked bourbon bar, and a strictly rock and roll playlist stages a superb waiting room for the unique  2 chair barbershop located in the back that operates between the hours of 5pm and 10 pm on a walk in only basis. The success of the bar & barbershop combined has quickly made this a staple in the Victoria nightlife scene.
